At the heart of the design process is
Marlin Broadbill’s sophisticated development software. During the initial stage of
development, full boat structures undergo rigorous computer analysis to assess performance
under various simulated conditions. Marlin Broadbill’s computer design process
optimises boat profile and ensures outstanding hydrodynamics. |

Using CAD image models of body
parts Marlin Broadbill checks its designs for dimensional accuracy, function, fit and
aesthetics. Corrections and modifications to boat designs are made prior to the assembly
of the body frame which means structural integrity performance are guaranteed first time. |

MANUFACTURE: |
| The vessel is lofted and all
hull components are prepared using a pre-programmed routing machine which automatically
produces a complete set of components for different designs. |

Standard modular components also means
improved availability of parts for boat repairs. At Marlin Broadbill you are always
assured of excellent and timely repairs because individual replacement panels are produced
from the original computer specifications.

FITOUT: |
| Whether your boat is in
build or in repair it undergoes a comprehensive inspection at the completion of each job

can the boat proceed to the paintshop. |
